SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All express orders placed by 10am (AEDT) on a working day will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.
For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website. If using Courier and Pack & Track, please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track or the link in your shipping confirmation email. If using Registered or Courier services you will need to sign for your order when it arrives.
If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post or their partners will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. International delivery times are standard between metropoloitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs if applicable. May be subject to delays dues to causes outside Blackpants Workwears and Australia Post’s control.

Customs Fees and Duties
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
Delivery Time – 5 -14 business days

NOTE: this service does not include signature on delivery and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Blackpants Workwear to be authorised to receive the products. However Blackpants Workwear will accept no responsibility for items and will consider the items left as instructed, once notified of delivery.
Delivery Time - 3-6 business days
When your order is dispatched you will be sent shipping confirmation including your tracking number. Please note that we deliver using Australia Post Express Courier International which requires signature on delivery, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Blackpants Workwear to be authorised to receive the products. If you aren't available to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it.
TO AVOID A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE - please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours.
