RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 

At Blackpants Workwear we understand your concerns with ordering garments online, so we offer an exchange service for those purchases that don't quite fit, or don't particularly suit. Why not send it back and try something else. We will meet you half way and cover the postage going back to you. Simple and easy!

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift Card cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been embroidered.

EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you find the style doesn’t suit of the size no quite right send it back to exchange. Just return the garment in original packaging within 30 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will ship your exchange. You will be contacted if the garment you request is unavailable.

REFUNDS

We also offer customers store credits or refunds. Just return the garment in original packaging within 30 days and Blackpants will issue a full refund of your purchase price (less postage). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@blackpants.com.au.

SALE ITEMS

There is no restriction on refunds or exchanges of sale items (unless stated on the product page), obviously only purchase price will be credited. Some end of line items may not be in stock to exchange for alternate size of the same style, but credits can be used on anything in stock.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will ship exchanges back to you free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Unfortunately Blackpants Workwear can take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.

Firstly apologies that you have received a faulty garment, we pride ourselves on our workmanship and the longevity of our range.
